You’re Not Alone Anymore

Celiac Baddie was born out of everything I didn’t have when I was first diagnosed — a safe place, a community, and someone who actually understood how heavy this all feels.

When I first started this journey, I was scared. I didn’t know anyone who had celiac disease. I felt like the world didn’t make room for people like me — the ones who couldn’t just “pick something off the menu” or “scrape it off.” I felt like my pain was an inconvenience.

But through all of that — the crying in restaurants, the long nights Googling symptoms, the family misunderstandings, the social anxiety — I learned something powerful: there is nothing shameful about taking care of yourself.

Celiac Baddie isn’t just about gluten-free food.
It’s about healing from the inside out.
It’s about the parts of this diagnosis no one talks about — the isolation, the embarrassment, the moments you feel like no one believes you.
It’s for the people who are tired of feeling crazy for protecting their health.

I created this space to remind you that you’re not dramatic. You’re not overreacting. You’re someone living with a lifelong condition that deserves respect and understanding.

Here, you’ll find resources, recipes, honest conversations, and people who get it. You’ll find stories that sound like yours, and maybe for the first time, you’ll feel seen.

Because this isn’t just about surviving celiac disease — it’s about reclaiming your confidence, your joy, and your voice.

You’re not broken. You’re not a burden. You’re a baddie — someone who’s learning to thrive in a world that still doesn’t always make space for you.

Welcome home!

For years, I felt like no one believed me. I don’t want anyone else to ever feel that way again.

Healing from celiac disease isn’t just about removing gluten — it’s about rebuilding trust with your body, your food, and yourself.
And sometimes, it’s about finding people who remind you that you’re not crazy, dramatic, or alone.

This space was made for that.
For you.
For all of us who were told we were “too sensitive.”

Because you’re not. You’re just finally listening to your body — and that’s brave.

Healing is easier when we dO it Together.
